Australian chef and restaurateur Matt Moran has taken over Accor Stadium in Sydney Olympic Park and CommBank Stadium in Parramatta as Culinary Consultant
Chef Moran will ensure his creativity for Australian cuisine s will be available for all corporate and members at events being held at the busy stadiums. Creating bespoke menus with the freshest Australian produce. He is also planning to offer a wide food selection to the general admissions.
“I’m looking forward to sharing my food philosophy with the chefs who cater for such large numbers of guests at every event,” Moran said.
